My 2013 in Pictures!

These pictures are in no order at all , if anything the fringe one should be last but heyho! You'll know which paragraph relates to which picture when you read it, as it will be kind of self explanatory.

I attended my college prom woopwoop! This occurred in June after a lot of preparation (I'm the one in the aqua dress). I genuinely love this photo as it's a picture of me and the girls who where at the college from day one, so we where literally the only remaining one's who had been there from the very first day. After having left school in 4th year and not staying on for my school prom I'm grateful to have had one at college - especially since it was "Vegas" themed, oh I also won an award for "Most Likely to Cry at Prom" - and I didn't disappoint, emotional wreck haha!

This one is quite random, but I have a severe LOVE for Boyzone so when I met Shane Lynch at his aftershave signing about 3 weeks ago I was overly excited, so much so that I asked him if I could take a "selfie" with him - it was the word of 2013 after all.

This next picture covers the topic of my best friend, I genuinely don't know where I'd be without this wee gem, got so much closer the past couple of years (even though we already were close to begin with) and I honestly tell her a lot of things, maybe a bit too much at times but I know it wouldn't go further - as cheesey as it sounds I know I could count on her with anything, dreaded leaving college cause I was scared in case we lost touch but if anything I see her more now - whether she likes it or not haha! Got plenty of exciting things occurring in 2014 which I can't wait for already!

Like I said at the start this picture should be last but who's caring?! haha. I went mental a few weeks back and got a full fringe cut in, which is rather stupid for someone who a- doesn't like change and b- hate's having hair down and around her face but I'm so pleased I took the plunge, I absolutely love it and it's made me realise change can be good.

This one is also slightly random, it's a picture I took at the JLS concert, hence the JLS coloured lights, and for anyone who knows me personally - which lets be honest none of you reading this probably do yet, I'm a slight bit obsessed with the JLS boys, so as you can imagine on the 24th of April this year (2 days before my 20th birthday) I was devastated when they announced their split. Luckily my best friend had already bought me tickets for their December tour which was now their "Goodbye" tour - so on the 7th of December this year I went and saw my boys in the Glasgow Hydro, for the 10TH and final time - bitter sweet moment, they didn't disappoint.

My amazing family - of course we have our arguments and what not but I love them so much, a highlight of 2013 was definitely the amount of time I spent with them - even if they are a bunch of nutters!

AHHHH I graduated, I genuinely can't believe I said that, little me graduating?! Crazy world, I now happily have an HND in Beauty Therapy.

These 4 little people are my entire world - my beautiful little cousins - watching them grow up is scary, I love them all millions and can't wait till I have an extra one to share my big cuddles and kisses with come the end of February, being a big cousin makes me the happiest person on earth and hearing them say "Natalie? I love you" makes my heart melt every time, and I'm not saying this just because they're family, they all are the smartest wee people you would ever come across, it honestly amazes me! I love you all!

"I Race for Life for my Granda" - I ran the Race for Life this year with one of my best friends and her friend, we completed it in under an hour which was great, obviously it was a day of mixed emotions - I ran for life in memory of my Granda who passed away from Cancer a few years ago, as well as for everyone else who has been beaten by the horrible disease or still fighting it, also as well as that I ran and completed the race as a big F*CK YOU to cancer for all they people who have beaten it like my gorgeous Mum!

Lastly - but certainly not least, I found out this year come January the 17th and 23rd two of my bestest friends in the entire world are expected to have babies! EEEEEK, lots of kisses and cuddles coming both the babies way's - Auntie Natalie is going to be spoiling you both like mad, and I have the pleasure of buying for both a girl and a boy as both my friends found out the sex of their babies!

- Of course there were other fun and exciting things that happened in my life throughout 2013 but these were by far the best. Roll on 2014 and the memories it will bring!

All I Want for Christmas Tag.

Hey lovelies, I was tagged by the lovely Caroline aka Cali from Cali Jae , well I'm just assuming it's me , there was no link tagged just the name Natalie so I'm taking it on board as it being me whether it is or isn't anyway you should all know by now I do love a tag haha!

1. If you received a $1,000 gift card for Christmas, would you want it to be to Sephora or Ulta?
okay I'm changing the $ to £ and also Sephora to M.A.C and Ulta to NARS - I'd want to spend £1000 in M.A.C cause I've already got a few M.A.C things and want to keep building my collection.

2.) What foundation would you NOT be thrilled about receiving for Christmas?
Anything that's matte cause this time of year my skin is major dry and matte foundations just make it 100 million times worse haha! (slightly drastic I know)

3.) If you had to choose one Naked Palette to receive for Christmas which one would it be? Basics, 1, 2, or 3.
I'd have to go with 1 , then add 2 and 3 on at my birthday haha!

4.) What's the first beauty product on your Christmas Wishlist?
A M.A.C eyeshadow palette (the build it yourself one).
5.) What do you plan on buying yourself for Christmas? Come on, we all do it!
Probably more Lush products (I say more because I know I'm already getting two box sets for Christmas) haha.

6.) What have you been buying from Starbucks this Holiday season?
I've been buying Caramel Latte's and Hot Chocolates , yummm!

7.) What are you planning on giving a family member, boyfriend, best friend, etc. for Christmas this year?
Well I have something different for each of them obviously, so I can't be bothered listing them - especially before Christmas in case any of them read this, I may do a post after Christmas.

8.) How detailed do you make your Christmas Wishlist?
I literally asked for 1 thing this year and that is as good as it got haha!

9.) Giving or Receiving? Why?
Receiving , because I'm tight with my money and hate spending it on other people the majority of the time, at least I'm honest lmao.

10.) What does Christmas mean to you?
Christmas means cosy family time and lots of alcohol!

If you're reading this, I then tag YOU!

The Blogmopolitan Quiz.

As an avid reader of Cosmopolitan I thought doing this post was a no brainer, I came across "the Blogmopolitan Quiz" on someones blog (apologies as I can't remember who's blog it was, oops) but what I do know is that it linked back to the lovely Erin from Two Thirds Hazel - you can read her post here , not only did she participate in this blog she also created it being a Cosmo reader herself, so I can totally empathise with her when it comes down to the Cosmo Quiz which the cover girl of that month does at the end of her interview , so this quiz is letting us take the limelight and be a celebrity for the day, dream come true!

If you want to participate you can download the blank version over on Erin's blog - and give her a follow whilst you're over there.

Secret Santa.

I participated in my first ever bloggers secret santa this year and I'm so glad I did, without doing so I wouldn't have recieved this amazing gift and I also wouldn't have got the chance to talk to the lovely Beky from BekyLou who I get on with so well, to be honest I was terrified in case I sent my parcel and I didn't recieve one back but within seconds of mailing back and fourth to Beky I knew I could trust her to pick some fab gifts for me - which she succeded with. Ideal.

What I received:

Seventeen Eyeshadow Palette: this is my first ever Seventeen product and although I've not tried it out yet I can't wait to do so! I'll give it a trial run this weekend as I have a night out planned!

Simple Eye Makeup Remover: I literally have every Simple product apart from this one so it was a great choice considering Beky didn't have a clue that this was the case.

Charles Worthington - Salon at Home Hairspray: strong hold hairspray is a winner for me - I find it super hard to find a hairspray that will hold my hair because of how long and thick it is, but this one seems to be working perfectly!

Hershey's Cookies & Chocolate: Yummmm, first time I've ever tried a Hershey's bar of chocolate , I want more... NOW!!

Pop Rocks Magic Popping Candy: Honestly you would think Beky knew me before she bought this for me because it's an ultimate favourite of mine! - Even though this particular one did turn my hands blue lmao!

Wonka Chocolate Nice Cream: This was like heaven melting in my mouth, enough said.

Soap and Glory Hand Food: Shockingly enough this is my first S&G product even though I'm always tempted to buy from the range , this is definitely a product I'll be repurchasing when done with! I love it, and it smells amazing!

Thanks again for my lovely gifts Beky, hope you liked yours also!

Lip Voltage - Worth It?

What is "Lip Voltage" ? Lip voltage is basically a lip filler in gloss version, no needles but still plenty of pain - that's exactly how I'd describe it to an alien. It uses peptides to create the look of a "filled" lip lasting up to 24 hours. You create your own intensity by mixing , one - two or even three drops of the gel into the gloss and applying like you would lip gloss. I'm not going to lie when I say this, it's the most agonising pain I've ever experienced! I felt like I was pouring scolding hot water over my lips for at least the first 10 minutes, I genuinely needed a fan to cool myself down. But the results as you can see are phenomenal, I basically have no top lip to begin with and in the after picture there is a huge difference.

Apparently it's a favourite amongst celebrities - the first person I saw use it was actually Holly Hagan from reality tv shore Geordie Shore. So if you want to give it a try , at £15 it won't break the bank and it will give you a plumped pout, but as the saying goes - "No Pain, No Gain" and you need to pretty much go by that saying if you want to use Lip Voltage.

You can get it from Wrinkle Regime but at the moment it's out of stock, any local salons to you will probably stock it as it seems to be the "in" thing just now.

Verdict? I'd buy it (as I trialled my friends to begin with) but use it sparingly, at £15 there isn't much to loose.

The Hair Diaries - BEWARE of major posing!

Top Left: I was about 13 in this picture , which was taken in school hence the school tie and it was the first time I'd ever done anything "drastic" to my hair, my hair had always been long (naturally curly) and brown and scraped back off my face as hair down and around my face annoyed the life out of me. I thought I was super cool and opted for super blonde highlights in my hair making it look a dirty brown colour. I tend to usually have my hair really long but sometimes I get the urge to chop it all off, which appears to be the case it this picture. Oh and a quiff was my signature look (a la snooki from jersey shore haha).

Top Right: Okay moving on to my ned (aka chav to other countries) look, total pout alert!!! Anyway usual look with a twist, hair scraped back with a long sweepy fringe (bangs), this was the in look at the time okay?!

Second Row Left: I must've been about 17 in this picture and had just dyed my hair purple for the first time using Schwarzkopf hair dye in Cyber Purple - it went a redish colour which is not what I was hoping for but I still kept it for a while (and later went back to it). Still clearly rocking the long side fringe (bangs).

Second Row Right: The majority of the purple (red) had grew out and I'd got my side fringe (bangs) cut shorter, and my hair was getting longer - yay!

Third Row Left: This was on the night of my 18th birthday hence the outfit and this is the longest my hair has ever been - and my fringe (bangs) had grown out by this point, my hairs naturally curly but when it's as long it just goes wavy, so I tend to just stick with this look but boost the natural waviness by shoving in some plaits before I go to bed then blast it with hair spray when I take them out. People are forever asking if my hair is my real hair haha!

Third Row Right: Same outfit (omg outfit repeater hahaha) I was going to a  friend of a friends 18th birthday party not long after I had turned 18, but the policy was if you were under 18 you had to leave at 9 and my friend hadn't yet turned 18 so we had to leave like 15 minutes after we arrived, so we ended up at a friends house seriously over dressed! haha. This was my hair at it's longest but straight instead of wavy this time. As you can see I've also opted for a large quiff in this picture as on this particular night I had no idea what to do with my hair and it was a warm night so I had to have it away from my face.

Fourth Row Left: I was at a "Girls Day Out" event with my Mum, cousins and aunties and was applying for every competition available so I had applied for a hair cut competition, which I ended up winning so I drastically got my hair chopped and a new side fringe (bangs) chopped in - not to fear though cause my hair grows like a wild fire so I wasn't scared if I didn't like it. This picture was taken in October of 2011.

Fourth Row Right: This picture was taken in June of this year at my college prom. Obviously I've had pictures taken since the previous one and this one but I just wanted to show how much my hair has grown since 2011, it's nearly back at it's longest. I love my hair the most when it's curl but this day was full of drama. I went to a hair dressers a few hours before my prom and when I got home all my curls had fallen out my big cousin had to come to my house and she created this master piece for me - I still can't thank her enough!! (Thanks Leanne!).

And last but certainly not least...

Below Left & Right: This was me on Friday at work (on the left) I work in a beauty salon which also has a hair dressing section in it and I adore the girls I work with, that much so I let Sarah whom I work with (who's from Liverpool , I could listen to her speak all day!!) give me a full fringe (bangs) which I'd been considering getting cut in for a while, for someone who doesn't like anything down and around her face it's a total change but I've received nothing but compliments about it. It's strange though as my eyebrows where my favourite part of my face and obviously the focal point of my face so it's strange not seeing them every day haha! As I only got it cut in the other day I'm still getting used to it but I love it. Not totally decided whether to keep it for my 21st in April though but I have a while to decide yet. One thing I'm sure of though is I'm grateful for having met Sarah as without her reassurance I don't  think I'd have made that plunge to get it done. So thanks again Sarah.

What do you all think of it? Do I Suit it? The girls from work now want me to go chocolate brown with a copper colour ombre , should I go for it, or one step at a time?

Im A Beauty Blogger... Get Me Out of Here! (week 3 - final week).

Okay so it's the final week of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, meaning it's the end of the road for I'm A Beauty Blogger Get Me Out of Here (emosh times!) Thanks to the lovely Rochelle and Natasha for creating this tag, check out their final post on it here.

1) Big congratulations! You won last week’s bush tucker trial. Your reward is the chance to create your own perfume. What ingredients/scents would you choose?
I'd choose vanilla, coconut and blackcurrent type smells for my perfume, super sweet smelling scent - great use of alliteration there haha!

2) Around the camp fire you’re all sharing tips. What is the best advice you can give someone to keep your skin healthy?
Drink plenty of water daily - as simple as that.
3) How do you think your camp mates would describe you?
Hopefully bubbly , comforting and hilarious.
4) You’re missing your family and friends so to bring a bit of comfort to the jungle you are given the opportunity to send one twitter message (max 140 characters). Who would you text and what would you say?
I'd tweet my Mum saying "Missing you all loads, can't wait to see you - hope I'm doing you proud, love and miss you lots xxxxxxx"
5) You’ve made it to the final two and are awarded the classic three course meal. What would you choose for starter, main and dessert?
Cream of chicken soup, spag bol with grated cheese on top and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream for dessert.
6) You’re out of the jungle and the luxury hotel awaits! What will be the first thing you will do?
Sleep, anyone who knows me knows fine well that would be the first thing I'd do.
7) Now you’re out of the jungle and have all your luxuries back, what would be one product you have lived without and could continue to live without?
Bronzer , plus I'd have a nice tan from the Australian sun.
8) Challenge – you have the choice of setting the challenge. What is your challenge and to whom?
I'd challenge all camp mates on a profession of one of the other camp mates to see how much they've learned whilst in the jungle.

Hope you guys enjoyed this wee series, sad it's over as it was fun!

Christmas Tag.

Genuinely can't believe it's December already, and I point blank refused to do any Christmas related blogs until December was officially upon us. Which I still can't believe it is. They don't kid on when they say the older you get the faster the years go by, its so scary.

Anyway, this tag was created by the lovely Georgina (who I'll tag once I can) and it's put me right in the Christmas spirit! Everyone that reads this post I tag!

1. Do you prefer a real Christmas tree or synthetic?
I prefer a synthetic one simply because it's what I'm used to. I think real ones are quite bulky too which means it would take up a hell of a lot of room in my house.

2. You're in a coffee shop, it's December, what do you pick?
I'd just pick a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows because I'm rather fussy and wouldn't try anything else.

3. Whats your favourite colour scheme for decorating the tree?
Since it's a family tree it's more so reds and golden colours. If it was my own tree I'd opt for purple and silver though.

4. Giving or receiving?
Not even going to lie, I'd rather receive than give as I'm quite stingy with money so only the special people in my life will get my money spent on them.

5. To mince pie or not to?
Not to mince pie. I hateeeee the look of them and the sound of them puts me off even more I wouldn't dare eat one.

6. What's your traditional Sunday lunch?
As in Christmas dinner I'm assuming? I just stay in the house with my mum, dad and big brother and have a 3 course meal - I have soup for starters, turkey potatoes etc for main course and usually profiteroles for desert - around our kitchen table

7. Christmas day fashion
I usually just wear trousers and a fancy top for going mass on Christmas morning, and then when I'm back I just shove my pjs on!

8. What's your favourite Christmas song?
I love Fairy Tale of New York by The Pogues or I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day by Wizzard both amazing songs!

9. What's your favourite Christmas film?
Jack Frost even though it breaks my heart every blummin time! I also love Miracle on 34th Street.

10. Open presents before or after lunch?
Definitely before, the past few years me and my big brother have opened our presents just as the clock has struck Midnight how naughty of us! Santa must visit my house early ;) haha.

Hope you liked my first Christmas post and hopefully there will be a few more by the time the big day has approached!

As you're all probably well aware it's not even 2014 yet but hey ho! there's nothing like being prepared. I've already signed up to be part of the 2014 Blogger Challenge created by the lovely Gaby from Another Girly Blog.

The challenge?
To post twice monthly about a certain topic weekly which Gaby will disclose to us nearer the time - the good thing about this though is it's not just based on a certain subject so your blog will certainly be varied and since it's twice monthly (the first and third week) you'll pretty much always have something to write about - hi5 to all the other people who suffer from writers block! haha.

Also, it's a great way to meet other bloggers - upon writing this post as well as myself there are a total of 243 and counting bloggers participating in this - so surely you'll start chatting to someone through it! (of course only if you want to!).

So do you fancy it? If so go check out this post over on Gaby's blog and get signed up - or alternatively email anothergirlyblg@gmail.com with you're blog URL and she'll get back to you with more info. The closing date for signing up is the 9th of December, so get your skates on!!

Tag: I'm A Beauty Blogger... Get Me Out of Here!

Okay so I'm running a week behind but the lovely Rochelle and Natasha from Next Route Style have created a fab tag to run alongside our viewing pleasure of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! which is a beyond brilliant idea, especially for lovers of the programme, aka me. Oh and if you're reading this then guess what?! You're tagged!

Week 1;

1) You can only take ONE product into the jungle (aka your luxury item). What would you choose and why?

A mousturiser containing an SPF to keep my skin hydrated and safe from the sun considering I would be in Austrailia.

2) What would be your main pre jungle worry?

The tasks, enough said!

3) You only have five minutes to get ready before going into the jungle, what would be your quick beauty routine?

Slight bit of bronzer and a slick of mascara.

4) Last year we saw Helen Flanagan wearing her hair in a top bun. What would be your signature hairstyle?

I'd have to be the same as our Hels, my hairs always in a bun anyway cause it's super long and thick and always gets in my way.

5) For moral support, which female celebrity would you like to be in the jungle with you?

I have to say Jessie J because she's always comes across as the kind of person that would be super fun to hang about with and I don't think she'd be scared to give things a go, she chopped all her hair off for charity - brave! (p.s you could also have a sing song with her).

6) Everyone’s given a role in the camp. What lifestyle skill would you bring to the jungle?

I think if anything I'd be the motherly one that people could come to for comfort but if you weren't doing your fair share I'd like to think I'd be the one to tell you to get your act together.

7) What one thing about being a beauty blogger sometimes makes you want to scream ‘Get Me Out Of Here’?

Trying to make all your posts different and give great content which won't bore your followers to death.

8) Challenge – This is a once in a life time opportunity. You’re up for a trial to face your fears or try something new, what would you choose to do and why?

Because I'd point blank refuse to do anything to do with heights I'll have to do anything with being submerged under water.

Okay so that's week 1 down, and because I'm running behind I'm going to do week 2 straight away so keep your eyes peeled for my next post!

Tag: I'm A Beauty Blogger... Get Me Out of Here! (week 2)

Okay so on to week 2 - woohoo I survived week 1 haha. Refer to my last post for week 1 , and remember you're tagged!

1) Firstly congratulations! You won last week’s bush tucker trial and your reward is a makeover from a professional make-up artist. What look would you choose and why?

Yay! haha, I'd probably chose a retro 50s look as for some strange reason I think it would go great with the jungle outfit I would have to wear.

 2) It’s time to wash – ok so it’s not in a luxury shower or a bath but you do get a choice of one soap/shower gel to use. What would you choose and why?

I'd use Lush's Snow Fairy cause it would make me feel super girly considering I'd be in the jungle and it would be a lovely smell considering I'd have no deoderant or perfume I'm assuming!

3) Today is the arrival of a new camp mate, yay! You get to decide, it can be anyone this time. Who will you choose and why?

I'd say my mum but I doubt she'd appreciate me taking her into the jungle so I'd say my big brother cause then I'd have someone from home with me!

4) It can get a little boring in the jungle and you’re feeling sluggish. What one fitness exercise would you do?

Probably sit ups and squats working those abs and ass!

5) How would you create your own jungle fashion style?

I'd tie that jacket thing so it was like a crop jacket, I'd rip the bottoms off my trousers to make shorts and then use the material from my trousers to create a bandana - ohhh yeah that's how stylish I am!

6) What is your favourite Australian product and why?

I love the Aussie shampoo and conditioner for long hair, it also smells amazing!!

7) Good news, the camp has won the treasure chest hunt! In need of something sweet, each camp mate wins their own cupcake. What would yours be?

I'd probably go with a simple vanilla icing cupcake - simple but sweet.

8) Challenge – bush tucker trial number 2, ‘the jungle hair & beauty salon’. You’re sitting under a vintage hair dryer and instead of hot air being blasted out you are greeted by 10,000 creepy crawlies. Which creepy crawlies would you detest the most and which ones wouldn’t you mind?

I'd hateeeeeee spiders or cockroaches, I wouldn't mind maggots.

Leibster Award - Number 2.

I've been nominated for the Leibster Award for the second time by the lovely KatieLou from Spots and Stripes , you should check out her blog! Anyway the point of this award is to get blogs with under 200 followers known (I'm going by bloglovin' followers), and the rules of the award are;

-you must thank the blogger who nominated you and link their blog in your post
-you must answer the 11 questions they gave you
-you must give 11 questions
-give 11 random facts abour yourself
-you must nominate 11 bloggers with under 200 followers that you feel deserve it.

so here goes nothing...

KatieLou's questions for me;

1) your favourite item of clothing
Probably my jeans cause it's something I wear pretty much every day.

2) what is your favourite season? Why?

Summer because I hate being cold and I love sunbathing too! (oh, and I have a love of ice lollies, yummmm!)

Friendly Friday's Update.

Hey lovelies!

Apologies!! I know I made you all aware of this on the post about Friendly Friday's but there will be a zero percent chance of the first post being up tomorrow it will have to start next week. I can't apologize enough for this, the reasons for not having it done for tomorrow or getting it done tomorrow are: my dad's in hospital just now so running back and fourth to there has been such an effort, also as I said on my first post I have a night out tomorrow night and lastly I start a NEW job in a salon tomorrow and I'll be working till 6 so I'm going to be a busy bee!

Again, apologies to the girls who were supposed to be up this week I can assure you the post will be up next friday, I'll actually get it done on my day off and schedule it for next week in fact!! And anyone who was supposed to be next week will be the following week - sorry for any inconvience m'dears!

My Week in Pictures.

Professor Green - I came across this picture I'd drawn of him a while ago, I really do have an obsession with him. Apologies for the not so amazing drawing though I promise your eyes will stop bleeding soon haha.

Quote - I love funny quotes and this one made me laugh hysterically! It's such a "me" quote, as in something I'd say to a friend or something.

Quote 2 - This one is about friends if you can't read it, it simply says "If a friendship lasts longer than 7 years psychologists say it will last a life time" - my friends mean the world to me.

Me - had just had my hair done and came home and done my makeup, just a basic cat eye with a red lip - mua of course! And even though it looks edited I can assure you it's not, I am really that gorgeous! haha just kidding, the lighting in my room was working some magic.

Drama - I swear I couldn't care any less.

Vampire Diaries - I've recently been watching "Pretty Little Liars" on a great app called Show Box, I managed to catch up within the space of a week and a bit so I was lost when I didn't have it to watch anymore (roll on January when it's back), anyway one of my friends told me to start watching Vampire Diaries and now I'm addicted, why did I not watch this sooner?!?!

McBusted - my best friend Mark phoned me up the other day to let me know that me, him and our other friend Lisa are going on a road trip down to Manchester next year to see McBusted, will definitely be reliving my childhood, already looked out my CDs haha!

Quote 3 - Wizard of Oz isn't particularly one of my fave films tbh but the quote was a good 'un and how can you resist glittery red ballet pumps? Cute!

Alexander - The other day I got a dm from a band called Alexander on twitter, usually I don't reply to dm's like that cause a lot of people send them but I checked out their twitter and they seemed really cool so I was dm'ing back and fourth with one of the members (I have no idea which, it may even have been someone who promotes for them, who knows?!) and was getting info on their tour, their tickets are £10 as they are just starting our so I'm definitely going to go and check them out when they're in Glasgow! I also recieved another dm today saying their new single is now on itunes for 59p called Find A Way Out, which is amazing! I've had my iphone since January and this is the first song I've bought on it, also the proceeds go to Beat Bullying charity so you're doing a great deed - and lastly - a very important piece of info to some - all 4 of the boys are easy on the eye ;) haha.

Friendly Friday's.

Okay so at the start of October I featured on Sociable Sunday's over on Jenna from Northern Beauty 85's blog. At the time of featuring I wrote a post on my blog about it and how I thought it was a great idea to get other blogs known and said that I'd quite like to start my own feature like this so here I am creating "Friendly Friday's" (hahaha sh*t name but I literally couldn't think of anything better). So anyway I plan on starting this feature next Friday which will be the 22nd, I am going out this night however so I'm not promising anything, it may be the following week - firstly I need my first person to agree to feature. So here's what I'm asking of you..

Send me via nataliesworld@live.co.uk ;

Your name.

A picture of you or something that relates to you blog.
A small paragraph about you, preferably more than 3 lines.
Your blog URL. (and youtube link if you have one).

You will also need to do a small feature on you're blog about featuring on my Friendly Friday's, I will do 3 people on one feature so if you happen to be mail number 4 I'll make sure you're top of the list for the following week.

And that is literally all I'm asking of you. I'm getting no benefit out of this what so ever I just thought, like Jenna, it's a great way to get other bloggers to meet and I hope you appreciate it as a weekly feature on my blog.

Let me know you're opinions on this and don't forget to mail me if you wan't to be the first to feature next week.

What My Hand Writing Says About Me.

I saw this post over on the lovely Christina at Polka Dot Hearts and I found it super interesting, that much so I thought I'd do my own post on this, from looking at THIS website I've gone all detective and de-coded the meaning of my handwriting, so here's what I found out about myself thank to my handwriting;

Oh and I should state, I will put in brackets beside the statement if I think it's true about myself to see how accurate the results are.

Outgoing, people-orientated, outspoken and I love attention, or potentially I try to put up a front so that I come across as more confident than I am. (correct).

I enjoy to be on my own and like my own freedom, I also hate being in big crowds (incorrect).

I don't let emotions get on top of me, I'm logical and practical. (hmm, bit of both).

I'm logical, systematic and like to make my decisions carefully. (correct).

I'm relaxed and spontaneous and express myself freely. (correct).

I'm open minded and enjoy trying out new things. (correct, to an extent).

I have great imagination. (correct).

I'm introverted and very private and don't like talking about my feelings. (correct, which is odd considering i'm a blogger haha).

I might not be following my heart in my career or other choices in life. (correct).

I'm good at coping with commitment and the serious side of life, I'm also uptight and don't respond well to criticism. (correct).

I'm comfortable in my own skin and don't need to pretend I'm someone I'm not. (kinda both).

So there you go, a bit about me via my handwriting. I think this is so strange, when it got to ones that where so accurate about me I was like WOW! haha. This was so much fun to do btw, so thanks to Christina for posting it on her blog to begin with, just follow the link I provided at the start to decode your own and let me know how you get on.

#BritishBloggerSelection Q&A.

Okay so if you read my post that I
posted last week you will know all about the British Blogger Select , if not then have a scroll back and look as I can't link the post at the moment! (I will rectify this once I can). Anyway the jist of it is Ellie gives all us a theme each week and it's up to us if we participate that week, this weeks theme is Q&A which I absolutely love as I was considering doing my own Q&A sometime this week! So it slotted in perfectly!

Anyway here are the set questions I had to answer;

Why do you like Blogging?
I like blogging because it's something interesting that takes up time that could easily be used for lazing about!  It also lets loads of people get to know each other through things they are passionate about which is ideal!

How did you come up with your blog name?
Okay so by going with my blogname it's different to my blogURL, my blog was originally called NatalieCatherine due to it being my name (Catherine is my middle name, I just get called Natalie). I then thought I wanted to change it to something more "blog like" so then I thought well I'm talking about things in my world and then tada, Natalie's World was created (if anyone knows how I can change my URL for it to link up with my bloglovin' to nataliesworld please help!)

Where in the UK do you come from?
I come from a place just outside of Glasgow in Scotland - which is quite annoying cause most bloggers whom I read are from England and I can't participate in "blogger meet ups" and what not.

What's your favourite colour?
I love purple, I originally only liked lilac colours but now I love all colours of purple haha!

Do you like Lana Del Rey?
I didn't used to, I actually really disliked her music to begin with but I actually really like her "Summertime Sadness" song.

Any hidden Talents that you have?
I can do the splits if that counts?! haha.

Celebrity crush?
Oh I could be here for a while, I have such random tastes and it varies big time I'll give you a top 5; professor green (english rapper), keegan allen (toby from pretty little liars), channing tatum (actor), dan osbourne (from the only way is essex, british reality tv programme) and finally david gandy (british model).

Favourite blog of all time?
I'm going with a totally obvious one here and it's none other than the gorgeous Louise, from Sprinkle of Glitter - I feel like we have so much in common (minus marrige and a child haha) and that we'd get on super well!

What made you want to join #BritshBloggerSelection?
Because I thought it was a great idea to help get other blogs to know each other! And for when I'm having a day that I want to write and have nothing to write about I can use the set theme to write that day.

Let me know if your participating in the #BritishBloggerSelect and I'll be sure to check your blog out, if you want to take part read back my post - it was only about 3 or 4 posts ago so you should find it easily!
